The fog test chamber for automotive lighting fixtures is a device used to simulate the anti fog (fog entering) performance of outdoor environments on the surface of car lights. This device adopts a dual temperature zone method, with both left and right zones being walk-in. The left area is the area where the lamp cover is located (outside the car), which includes functions such as cold water rainfall and constant temperature and humidity, wind speed and lighting, sample front fill light, etc. The right area is the back of the installation lamp (on the engine side of the vehicle), which includes functions such as high and low temperature cycling, constant temperature and humidity, and wind speed. The middle of the box is the installation area for test samples.

Experimental steps:
Stage 1 Vehicle Drying: The vehicle is dried before testing and placed in a closed environment at 18-30 ℃ for at least 5 hours; the ventilation and air conditioning systems of the vehicle are turned off throughout the entire testing process.
Stage 2 Headlamp Pre treatment: 20 ℃/60% RH, 12 hours (with bulb holder and air cap open).
Stage 3 load: Install the lamp (bulb holder, air cap cover back in place) on the vehicle body; The vehicle is placed in a climate chamber under conditions of 10 ℃/90% RH; the engine is idling, the low beam headlights and position lights are on for 1 hour.
Stage 4 Car wash (fogging): Engine and lights turned off; Spray the headlight with water below 15 ℃ and at a pressure of 11000 kPa.
Stage 5 Mist Removal: The vehicle is placed in a climate chamber with the engine and lights turned off at 10 ℃/90% RH.
